The Third Saudi International Maritime Forum, convened by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces and held under the esteemed patronage of HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a biennial event and will take place in Dhahran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in November.
